Uncle Glenn and Aunt MIchelle's House

My brother Glenn and his wife Michelle invited us over for swimming and dinner this past Monday. I have a GREAT video of Simon and his Aunt Michelle talking to each other, but I can't get the video to upload. (I never can, why do I keep trying?). Anyway, here are some pictures.

Here's my mom Grandma Lay holding Simon, he is her 40th grandchild and she keeps telling me he's the cutest baby she's ever seen. I know he really IS, but I'm sure that all of Grandma Lay's babies are the cutest to her, don't worry brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and extended family of mine :-) Anyway Simon was very talkative with Grandma Lay too, I know that it really made her happy for Simon to be so smiley and talkey with her, you could see how happy she was on her face. This isn't when he was talking, this was when she put him to sleep after dinner.

Glenn and Michelle have horses, as well as Ben the Burro, who we had growing up and must be at least 100 years old by now.... anyway my niece Paige took the kids out to feed the horses. They just got irrigation so no riding this time. Here are Joy and Tommy out feeding.

Joy and Tommy with Paige....it was cute to see how good Paige was with the kids, and how much they loved being her assistant.

Ira is sitting on a canoe.

Tommy pouring feed in--he was very excited and as always, is a great helper!

Clayton eating his hot dog--he's very excited about it if you can't tell.

Here's Paige holding and feeding Simon. He was so spoiled that night, he didn't spend a second without someone holding him.

We had a great time and stayed WAAAAAAAY too late! We wish we could spend more time with family like this, the kids had a blast and so did Aaron and I.
